Special Olympics & Adaptive Rowing Families

Here at our home club in San Miniato, we have a team of Special Olympics rowers who have a ton of fun going to events all around Italy. We organize events as well and we know firsthand how it takes a village to make the magic happen. If you are part of this village: come join ours for a week! Depending on the athletic level of the rower, practices can be daily or twice-weekly. Meet families like yours, have potluck dinners at our club, and expand your horizons. The price included all meals, appropriate activities during the day and some club swag to wear proudly home. Our rowing takes place in wide coastal rowing quads, doubles or dragon boats, always with a safety launch and no other motorboat traffic anywhere on our private lake. The Special Olympics families that are part of our club love to share this beautiful spot with other families, and do so many times a year when we host events. Come relax and enjoy Tuscany like other rowing families do....on the water!
