Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your trip must have been completely cancelled by us, or partially cancelled in which case your refund will not include services, lodging, food or other expenses already consumed by you.  

Once your request for refund is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. 



If the review of the refund is not to your satisfaction, you may also request to apply your fees to a different vacation.



In 20 years of operation, we have NEVER been asked for a refund! We do our absolute best to make your experience a positive, happy, constructive, memorable vacation!

In the case of a deposit, it can be applied to another client's trip. I.e. if you need to cancel a trip you've reserved with us, as long as you find a substitute rower you will be fully refunded.
