We'll begin our trip in Paris, gathering ahead of the Traversée de Paris, a long row snaking around Paris - just you and about 2000 other rowing shells, enjoy the beauty and stillness of the Seine all for you. A grand promenade in support of our beautiful sport and beautiful Paris. After the event, we'll refuel, rest and then Monday we leave for Southern France. Orso, our boat wrangler, will bring the coastal fours to Cassis where will we absorb as much of the Mediterranean as possible, ending in Toulon a few days later. As always, our days will be divided between rowing and enjoying the sights, absorbing the cuisine, beauty and history of Provence. Our last night will be in Toulon, with easy access to trains and such for continuing your journey afterwards.
Price Includes
Hotels, transportation from noon on the first day to noon on the last day, all rowing activities and planned tourism activities during the trip, breakfast and one group meal per day (first and last day dependent on travel times)
Not included: one meal per day, rigging and loading/unloading of boats (we expect you to help), various sundry expenses, health insurance / travel insurance, anything else not mentioned.
Price is based on two people per room, single supplement will be applied at-cost
